Submission Screen Shots - have no use at Mancosa.

This institution is *********, it seems like systems don't work probably hence they stress about taking screen shots when submitting for assessments but let me tell you even the screen shots are not enough proof that you submitted! If you are serious about your academic future don't even attempt with Mancosa, zero accountability from the institution, its all about them. I re-submitted my assignment as instructed by the call center agent cause I failed my 1st attempt although that's also questionable and submitted the screen shot as proof and they said they will investigate. After waiting from 29 Jan, mind you I sent 2 fellow up emails in between no response. I only get feedback from their academic manager this morning because I have been calling almost daily this week, he says they had already sent feedback on the 1st Feb, he says my timing of my query was well over sub-mission date. This was never communicated until today, as I was waiting for his investigation outcome. So please if you're reading this, look for another institution this one needs to do a deep dive in their customer service, ethics and academic division. Their contact centre reps are very unprofessional, Belinda Jasson specifically, was hearing her own things when I intially called to complain she even accused me of lying about my submission and said I was threating her job when I wasn't. I have never experienced such with IMM never, I completed my diploma there and attempted to do my post grad but I wasn't ready and didn't pass 1st year but my point is IMM is a professional organisation, thats why people hold them in high regard. Mancosa on the other hand, I believe they need to be investigated.
