Study material not delivered

My emails are not being responded to. call centre operators transfer calls to the despatch department but they don’t answer, it’s been 4 days straight staying on the line for over an hour. Classes have commenced and I stuck haven’t received study material and my fees are fully paid. Study material was sent (received an email) on the 18th of February. I went as far as contacting Fedex which referred me back to Mancosa. I am not happy at all yoh
