Student Services : SO PATHETIC!

I have been studying with Mancosa since January 2020. The entire Student Services department is useless and ***********. No one comes back to you with a relevant answer or understands what they are doing. When you request feedback around and assignment and your marks you get 10 different excuses why it has not been marked or why there is a delay.

I have not had one good experience with someone who has actually been helpful. The same goes to some of the lecturers who claim that they are not entitled to speak about the marking of the assignments and they are just the lecturers. When we then receive our marks and are unhappy they are of no assistance either. I submitted a remark and received almost 40% more the second time around. No one could explain to me how miraculously I went from almost failing an assignment to getting a distinction. I deserved the distinction from the beginning.
