Student exemptions.

It feels like a money-making educational system. I have been struggling for two semesters now already to finish my degree. I had to pay double my fees and now yet again. R 17 000 and R 17 000 once again, Instead of assisting the students who are from the working class to get through their studies we get operating systems that are not working, causing you not to be able to do the necessary assessments and when one logs a ticket, the system also doesn't want to allow you; and still, they want their R17 000, because you didn't submit your Knowledge Test which comprises out of 10 questions. I really don't even care about the 10 points. Discard these points as 0 and give me the chance to do my exam as I already handed in all my assignments. I believe it is an ********* and unfair practice to exempt a student to finish, rather than giving them the choice, but no..... YOU MAY NOT WRITE THE EXAM BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T DONE A ONLINE KNOWLEDGE TEST OF TEN POINTS THAT CONSISTS OF QUESTIONS A-D. Really pathetic, especially in the financial times we found ourselves in.
