Student at MANCOSA

I have had the worst experience with this institution. From having calls rejected by them, to speaking to rude people who work at the institution. This year they decided to open a portal call Mancosa connect for us to upload our assignments on. It doesn't function well and now I'm at a risk of having to re-register because of that Mancosa Connect thing. When one has to do online assignments on Mancosa connect, one won't be able to log in or you'll log in but the assignment won't open. When you call them to report this, it's your fault. They are utterly rude and inconsiderate. Now I'm told my fees are in arrears but I paid fully in May and I have paid and sent proof of payment of any exams that I wrote outside the stipulated examination period. So far I have experienced hell on earth at MANCOSA and they enjoy making us pay for nothing. I have to first complain in order to get my account statements. One pratically helps them do their work. I'm glad this ia my kast year with them. They have treated me like ******* since 2017. The institution is not run like a private institution. I'm sure they will delete this post because they expect nobody to stand up against their ill-treatment.
