Student assistance is none existent

This institution is the worst and they are good at frustrating students. Before you receive help you have to call for days to beg for help. am a masters student. I could not submit on time. Ok they tell me to register. I call the registration department for an invoice because my company does not pay for a proforma invoice. They refuse to give me an invoice so tell me how am I to pay you? I hope this institution shuts down one day. You don't care about students and you forget how Powerful word of mouth is. Close your doors if you can't take care of your students
