Student Adviser incompetency

I am absolutely not pleased with the service level from my student adviser Mzukisi. I have even had to go the route of finding someone to assist me. And every time I call in I get referred back to the same student adviser who is not bothered to reply to my emails. I need to finalise my registration or else I am going to forfeit my bursary due to incompetency.
