Still waiting for degree certificate, no response from MANCOSA
I have paid my fees in full but still do not have my degree certificate. I was told to pay an extraR150 which I did , I am now being ignored on email and getting calls dropped on me after waiting on the line for 10 minutes. I cant continue with my life's goals because I need the proof that I studies what i say I have on my applications
What is hard with sending me what I worked hard for and paid for? Unless there is something fishy with the actual degree

They advised that the certificate has been dispatched only to come back to me hours later asking for my address. So why did they say it was dispatched when they were not even sure of my address?
