Still waiting

Completed my degree at the end of 2022. I was told I would only be able to get my certificate the Monday following graduation which took place on the 14/05. It is Thursday the following week and I still haven't received my digital copy of my certificate which I urgently need to secure my work permit. I have raised tickets requesting my certificate only to be told I will receive it when they send it out to everyone with no confirmed date.

When you can't even get a certificate you paid almost half a year after you complete your degree I wouldn't recommend.
