Statement of results

Lat year I was expelled from MANCOSA, my company paid full for my tuition..im now requesting for my statement of results which they had sent to me earlier last year..I sent correspondence to them requested for my statement of results but the agent said they can't send it to me because of my current status. Why won't they send me my statement of results because my employer needs to prove that the study leave I took was actually for writing my exam.
