some academic institutions are not here to help the world become a better place but to destroy

so i did an appeal with Mancosa which was approved but because it was approved after the first semester results, i issued the same results to my bursary scheme, the appeal was then approved and i completed the module with a PD, now my Bursary is requesting a letter on a letterhead from Mancosa to explain the change in marks, they tell me they do not do letters but can send me an email which they did but why dont they put the same email on a letterhead, i am a student at Mancosa but being treated like someone who just needs a favour ,yet i am being debited for a module i passed, this is just wrong, this is not a referral or testimony it a letter to my bursary scheme stating the changes because the auditor will query same and an email is not professional enough, to put the same email sent to me on a Mancosa letterhead-you have really turned my life upside down shame-i now even hate going to work because they want this letter and what stressing me more is that m now paying for a subject i passed this system really need some reviewing shame and the fact that you miss one this and with Mancosa you fail we are human even if you get 80% you fail-from when i am requesting this letter-if you can type an email you can do a letter
