Similar system challenges but Im made to be the one bearing the consequences

I would like to get contact details of Romeo N from the July review of Mancosa. I want to find out what feedback was given to him because I had a similar experience on with Mancosa. I experienced technical challenges that made me not to finish my May Business Finance OSA. I was then notified that I will write the supplementary exams.

A technical problem occurred again during the supplementary exam and we had to download the answer book and complete offline. I dont know what happened but I got a zero on my results. When I query it they said I submitted a blank answer sheet.

I feel like Mancosa is not taking accountability for their system issues and will always mediate them by making students bear the repercussions: -1st system problem was mediated by depleting my 2nd chance which is supplementary exam. I Supplementary exam is my right not Mancosa's chance to mediate their problems -2nd problem I was told to re-register because there is no exam after supplementary

I know there are ways to mediate the situation, but they are just being difficult with me
