Shocking/Sheer Incompetence

<p>A host of unresolved problems: im an MBA Student</p> <p> </p> <p><br />1. Failed to mark all my answers for a Quantitative Methods Assignment. i called to querry and was told back in May 2016 that the question 5 which was skipped will be marked and marks adjusted accordingly. Until now i have no communication of corrections made to my marks if any.</p> <p>2. University registered me in south Africa for MBA 1st year in August 2015 and emailed that i should pay R2900 for regisration. They send me a proforma invoice in Botswana Pulas how ridiculous. Now they want me to pay all fees in Pulas yet when I queried it in writing the day i got the proforma invoice i was told over the phone that the invoice was a 'mistake' and they would correct it.</p> <p>I have paid in full the Rand Amount per prospectus but still now no body is resovling my account because the accounts depatrment is failing to reconcile let alone capture my payments which i provided them with proof of payment.</p> <p>Nobody talks to me. I had to beg for a statement which ws totally wrong after all - without all payments acknowledged. For this reason i still havent received my first year exam results because they errroneously tghink i owe them money.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />3. Registration for 2nd Year</p> <p>I app**** for registration for MBA 2nd Year and a week ago i was told i will get feedback before the end of that day but NOT surprisingly no body has talked to be 10 days later!</p> <p>Its just shocking.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />i hope this doesnt reflect on the value of the Degree itself.....</p>
