Shocking marking systems.....

*****Marking******** shocking call center service***** student support uninformed **** I'm unfortunately a student at Mancosa doing my second year. Monday 2nd June I got my Principal of Labour Law results for my assignment..... to my disbelief only 1 question was marked and the rest nothing. With no comment/s. I have been calling Mancosa since that Monday send tickets even booked a remark which cost me R250.00 but no response from them. Exams are next week and I don't know if I'm writing or not. Their call center knows NOTHING as they can't explain nor resolve my issue.
