Shocking level of unprofessionalism and incompetence

<p>The level of incompetency of administration is shocking especially for an institute that is supposed to be an educational institution. </p> <p> </p> <p>Called yesterday to request for my marks and was told marks were released but i must call today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i called and the receptionist just told me to hold then hangs up and then ignores my calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking level of service</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
