Service levels drastically dropping at Mancosa

Mancosa is becoming a money making scheme, we the students are paying an arm and leg in fees only to be marked incorrectly, I submitted a case study and was marked zero for a whole section!!! when I enquired as to why no one could really answer me,i was surprised as i had followed the lecturers advise and also used the guide, Firstly no one from student services responded to my email i had to escalate the matter to a person in accounts, I then received a call from 2 different agents who explained to me that the memo for the case studies is not shared with the lecturers how does this make any sense at all!!! which means 1 person teaches,1 person sets the paper and 1 person marks bit all theses individuals don't communicate with each other ,so now an internal break on communication happening within Mancosa we the students must bear the brunt.
