Service delivery from Private institute Mancosa is appalling!!

I am appalled at the service I've received from Mancosa. It is no different to any of the government listed tertiary institutes.

Perhaps my expectation for a private college was high, but considering the exorbitant fees you charge, I definitely expect a higher level of service delivery. I have requested a change of elective more than 3 weeks ago without any positive feedback. Today I left several messages with student support and the relevant person has still not returned my call.

To add to my frustration, I have not received any feedback regarding the ********** activity that I experienced with the college as well. After reading the numerous complaints on this website, I can understand why so many students would not return. There isn't even a communication channel on your website for students to vent.

I regret ever having registered with this institute. Will certainly NOT complete my MBA here!!
