**** at this institution

My so heart broken when writing this, I am an international student who app**** at Mancosa Joburg. This institution is a *****, I had letters from immigration that has to be signed by the school and I talked to my student advisor Terisha Singh who said inorder for those documents to be filled I need to pay a registration of R4000 which I did, but after that I emailed her and she never responded and I had to call the institution but I got no help instead they ended up blocking me from all their institution numbers. I'm so disappointed with this institution which ****ed me R4000. I feel so disappointed that I didn't take the comment on this platform serious, now I'm their victim too. Terisha Singh knew that I won't get help what so ever but she insisted that I pay the registration fee, my advise is for international students to avoid this **** institution at all cost.
