Rudeness and disrespectful!

The one common thing about Mancosa call centre agents is they are rude! They will do that comsistently, all year , all day without fail. Their lack of patience, attentiveness, calmness, consistency is really annoying and frustrating! i thought i was the only perosn experiencing this until i heard a collegue complain about the disrespect and undermining tone they use when they converse. They do not care, they are not bothered , is that a criteria for getting a job there? Justbe rude .... in every way possible! Aadil from your accounts department takes the trophy!!!!
