Rude consultant- Poor Customer Care

Had a call from their consultants with regards to my re-registration which was pending. I was very unhappy with the manner she was talking to me. She was very demeaning and not helpful to me. She was very triggering and I ended up crying. She was not listening to my concerns or trying to help. Instead she was condescending. She even dropped the call on me.She was not professional. She could have handled the situation way better.

I paid the money they asked for but still my re-registration is pending and no feedback. I lodged a complaint about the consultant and the response was cold.
