Ridiculous service AGAIN! Module I'm writing today not appearing on the app
Writing an exam today, module not appearing on the app. Again *********** student support responds by saying, module should be appearing on the app, yes it should but it's not, I wouldn't log a ticket and say my module isn't on the app whilst it is. I can see other modules but the one I'm writing today isn't displayed. Not even an effort to call from mancosa, ticket closed.

06 May 2022, 10:53Ended up calling Mancosa as student support services person assigned to my issue did not do anything and closed the issue.
An amazing lady by the name of Reshika helped to escalate the matter. I asked if I am going to get an extension of exam time but apparently I can't and she adviced on alternative. The exam is 2 and half hours late to authenticate will be trying to write it within the limited time. Unfair but I will do it.
Once the technical issue was resolved Reshika, stayed with me on the call to ensure that it is indeed resolved. What an amazing star Reshika is!
