**Review of Accounts Department Services**

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the Accounts Department. On multiple occasions, I have been left frustrated due to issues such as calls being disconnected when I am first in line. This lack of reliability is both inconvenient and unprofessional.

Moreover, even the simplest of requests, such as obtaining an account statement, has proven to be an unnecessarily complicated process. What should be a straightforward task has turned into an ordeal, reflecting poorly on the efficiency of the department.

Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I hope that these concerns are addressed promptly to improve the level of service for future interactions.
