The level of incompetence displayed by Mancosa staff is truly concerning. I have one outstanding module, and I was unable to submit one of the assessments due to illness. I provided a valid sick note to support this, yet I was informed that because I logged into the system during that period, I was expected to submit the assessment regardless. According to their logic, merely logging into the system is taken as proof of being well enough to complete academic tasks — a stance that is both unreasonable and dismissive of legitimate health concerns.

Even after escalating the matter to the School Principal, no resolution was offered. It has become clear that the institution is more focused on generating revenue than on genuinely supporting students or helping them succeed academically.
