Results blocked for R250!!!

There is so much wrong with this institution. They are going to respond to this with an automated text, that's the first thing... They have barred us from seeing our results because of R250 remark fees, while the tuition of R48 000 has been paid in full. Does that make sense? Also, they should have communicated that even the remark and resubmission amounts must be paid in full in order to see the results and we would have settled it. I thought I will settle all these small amounts at the end of the year. On top of that the link on their app is not working-what is the use of having it? An EFT will take time to reflect.
