research department is the worse

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the conduct of the Research department. I am experiencing lack of communication and assistance from Melissa and her team. Sent her 2 emails with no feedback and time is not in my favor , missed the research proposal with 5 days due to changing of supervisor. dealing with my health Cancer and my studies is a lot on its own. This lack of support is bad. This is my hard earned money and time you guys are wasting
