Reregistration application for 2021

I have been battling to get in contact with MANCOSA. I app**** for a reregistation in June 2020 and only got a response September 2020 from Nombuso and she sited that since it’s late for the retegistration, she will accept my request in January 2021, however nothing has been done. Instead when I go to the online service it says my account is in areas and my June application was accepted. I’m trying to get in touch with them but no luck. I’ve never experienced such horrible treatment in my life.
