Remarkable student assistance

I would like to just take this time to Thank Nondumiso Mafu from Mancosa (Student Advisor/Admin) for the remarkable service and outstanding assistance I received from her. I was absolutely frustrated with some of the rude admin staff when I called in telephonically after a lengthy process after registering, everyone was just not giving me any time of day. She managed to actually LISTEN to my frustrations and attend to them attentively with such professionalism and resilience. I sure hope her positive attitude and problem solving can rub off on others too.
