REMARK RESULTS ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT FROM INITIAL MARKS, BE WARNED

I have been with Mancosa for years, and i must say they are failing drastically to meet the students' needs since 2020 to be exact.

Mancos is after students money only and does not care about them. I requested 2 remarks, one for assignment and second for exam, both came back with double the marks and a pass. What makes me angier is that the marks are released after resubmission or rewrite, such a lot of stresa and work only to find out that you passed from the word go.

This is disadvantaging us a lot as we must pay for Remark, put in leave unnecessarily, and i am now finding myself in a boat where i wont be able to do my PHD because of *********** markers that gave me low marks and i did not question it in time.

Mancosa makes student to re-register modules due to their poor administration. This is a nightmare and wish we could get help. I really don't know what went wrong with this institution, i guess even our scripts are now being marked by someone witg grade8 for cheap labour.

I will not recommend mancosa to anyone in 2021, their service is the worstand they are trying to make money with us
