Registration & Selection department failed me

Mancosa is quick to send us statements and call us to pay for fees but are very slow at attending to student queries. I app**** for the Financial Reporting and Analysis module exemption and they granted me the exemption. I got a call from the Selections department confirming the exemption but my student consultant Christine Van Niekerk claims that the exemption was not granted. The Registrations and Selections department does not communicate with the consultants and Finance departments to do the necessary changes. Now they have made it my job and problem to update them whereas the exemption doesn't reflect on their side.
