Registration bad service with fees paid

Full payment of cash payment was paid to mancosa. I gave them my proof of payment after they manually created a Performa invoice for me. A month later my registration is not finalised yet my full free are paid. I was even given a Performa invoice of 27000 which is more as I paid in cash. And I wasn't refunded the difference. School has commenced and I have assessments yet I'm not registered and they are fully paid. I sent them my school statement and told them I await certficate from department of education they refusing to help me. I received bad service till today.
