*********** Refunds Department

I have been struggling to get my Refund from the Institution since April 2024. I sent all the necessary documentation but still have not received my money even though their policy states that refunds are processed in 30 working days.

I have sent countless emails to their refunds department and once received a call from a rude lady who insisted that they processed it even though I have not received the money 3 months later.

The lack of patience and rudeness of the call centre staff is another area of concern.
