Refund for fees overcharged

I am so disappointed by the level of disinterest and non accountability for servicing clients at Mancosa. They gave me wrong quotation for fees which was over by R4000+ last year November 2024. Now I have been sent fm pillar to post to get the refund still haven't received it the person responsible for this blunder really doesn't care to assist. Worse I'm paying extra interest for this because it was a loan. It's seems like there's no hope in getting the fees back. They want the ppl who laoned the money to claim for it but that company has no provision for such.
