It's sad that it has to come to this yet again.
I sent a refund request to *** on the 10th April 2025. And the department team leader (Khatija Vahed - Finance Team Leader) responded with the process. Now my itch is that the same person hasn't acknowledged receipt of the form. On the 5 May 2025 i sent a picture with all the follow-ups that i've done to Khatija Vahed, Neshira Naidoo <***>; ***; MANCOSA <***>. Niks again. i sent almost 3 follow up email.
