Really not happy with the service

I have logged a query with MANCOSA previously and still find no solution. you pass a module and then they say u must re. Register they are really trying to get money out of us during the time of covid and some of us being unemployed. If I knew this was there criteria I would have registered with another institution which passes a student at normal 50% and not get 61% as a pass mark and ask to re register would not study further with them at all.
