Re visit their as*****t criteria

I am not happy with mancosa according to their as*****t criteria 50% is their passing marks but if you had 53% you failed youhave to re register module. I phoned them regarding this they failed to explain the reasons they end up saying it will be corrected within 3 working days but now is been 21 working days not corrected. I asked them what was the criteria that was not met as the student scored 70% first assignment and 40% second assignment which gives me 55% year mark, on exam the student scored 56% which gives 53% final mark where their pass mark is 50%. I feel like they are money making business instead of equipping students with their studies.
