Re-Registration Fees

I re-registered for six subjects and paid the full amount, as detailed in invoice number 432882 for R18,865.00. Out of these six subjects, I completed five last semester, passing four and failing one (Macroeconomics Essential 1B). I understand that I need to re-register and pay for this subject.

However, I have now been charged an additional fee for two modules, including Financial Reporting and Analysis. I had already paid for these modules under the original invoice. The re-registration fee is now R4,000.00 per subject, including Financial Reporting, which I am scheduled to take in the second semester, and Analysis, which I have already paid for.

What frustrates me even more is the ongoing difficulty in getting assistance. I have been trying to resolve this issue with MANCOSA since January, and despite multiple attempts to contact you, my calls have been dropped or ignored several times, even while I was still speaking. This lack of response is extremely unprofessional and only adds to the confusion regarding my account.

I need urgent clarification on why I am being charged again for these two modules. Please provide a prompt response so this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
