Project Resubmission

I recently had an issue with a project, which I failed. And there was the issue of my fees not being up to date hence the marks of my project were held back. Upon getting the fees up to date at the time, I find on the student portal that my resubmission date had passed. The issue was escalated and I was told that I need to re register for the module. So around the 17th of July 2020 i attempted the registration process to which I failed as there was an error. And the issue was then escalated, on friday an extremely helpful individual by the name of Samkelisiwe Nkule Magwaza, who then queried the issue and my previous communication notified me about the resubmission date being extended yet again to the 10th of July, which I had no idea about. After she escalated the matter to her seniors, in a matter of minutes she came back to me with the best news ever to let me know that my date would be extended for me to the 27th of July which is today. And I have now submitted the one project holding me back to complete my degree. I would like to thank Mrs Magwaza for her assistance and she has been such a humble and well spoken during the entire process. Thank you Mrs Magwaza! You're a star!
