I'm pleased to share that MANCOSA has resolved the issue I previously raised. I truly appreciate that they took the time to understand what went wrong and made the effort to correct it. This shows accountability and a willingness to improve, which I value greatly.

From this experience, I can say that MANCOSA can be re**** on to address concerns when they are brought forward. That said, there is still room for improvement in their communication structure and some internal processes to ensure smoother interactions going forward.
