Poor student support services (assessment and OSA)

I have an issue with the support services of the institution, I have an enquiry for the assessment and OSA department, I was given a runaround since last year, till this day it hasn’t been solved. I called the school a couple of times requesting to speak to the assessment coordinator since his phone was always busy, I was promised twice that I will receive a call back within 30 minutes, which didn’t happen. After so many phone calls, submitting query’s, writing emails. I still don’t have a response, I spoke to a lady this morning who was so rude, this is definitely not value for money.
