Poor Student Support and communication for MCOM Programme

I registered with MANCOSA, now in 2025, for a MCOM after having such a great experience with the when I did my Honours in 2024. I have had uninterested and un-invested supervisors - to which I asked for a change. I have been submitting work since May 2025 and there has be little to no support and communication from my research Coordinator. I have called and emailed and even asked to be removed from the programme - but they would not refund me. I completed my research proposal and chapters 1-3 in June already. From 2nd July till today, 4th September, I have still not had my ethical clearance approved. I cannot collect data, the year is almost over - I paid my tuition in full through a student loan, yet I am receiving the most ridiculous customer service. I've escalated to the manager - Tracey Naidu, hoping that my work will receive urgent attention and priority - it didn't make a difference. I am told to be patient yet more than three months of my year was wasted by the institution
