Poor service, *********** staff and poor communication

Poor service and incompetence staff is worrisome for a big institute like this. The student advisors are just working to push commission and leave you in the dug. Calling the 086 number it's just waste of time you will be transferred from one person to the other as if you don't know what you want while it's them that are lost there. I can't wait to finish my course and forget about Mancosa. Shock of Life was the Webinars that are supposed to be at the evening because 99% of students are working adults/class but it's scheduled for 11am or 12pm. The student advisor is clueless about webinars. You miss a KCQ you fail the whole module just because on 10 points. I regret enrolling with Mancosa!!! Poor service.
