Poor service my MANCOSA

It is almost 2 months now of me trying to contact them for re-registration. I went to the Claremont campus and they said that the Durban office is the one that deals with re-registration and that they will contact me within 24 hours. It took them 2 weeks to get back to me on an invoice so that I can pay my fees.

Now that my fees for this year have been paid, I have not received any correspondance on confirmation and next steps.
