Poor service from Mancosa

I am student at Mancosa and have had multiple issues with this institute , their service is extremely poor . When you have issue the only thing you get is their automated response. I have submitted my ITM 3A assignment in September and have not received my results ever since. No one responds expect being told that your query has been escalated by absolutely NO ONE gives you feedback. When you call their assessment department the phone will ring and someone will tell you they are busy or took lunch ...this is extremely frustrating.
