Poor service

Mancosa is literally the worse university I ever registered with. In 2021 I registered for the PGDPM, I passed all my assignments and exams, then at the end of the year I saw one Module, Project Scope and Scheduling that I have failed the second assignment and thus failed the Module. I contacted them and was told that I need to provide them with the proof of resubmission for my second assignment, I explained to them that I did not get a proof from their site and the failed to accept liability for their system error. They told me that in the student rules it clearly states I need to provide proof, I also reffered to them that their rules clearly states that I will not be allowed entry to exam if I did not pass all assignments yet I was allowed to write exams. So after a long fight, I gave up, I tried to register again in January 2022 and after an up and down, they finally registered me but the due date for the assignment was too close. I asked them to deregister for the next semester. The person that assisted me never deregistered me and now I must accept liability, I've been fighting with them ever since. Mancosa never want to accept fault from their site, it's a money-making scheme University. I regret ever registering with them. Today when I contact them again I've been told I need to go on the Student Comms App they no longer use the website, again I was not told this by their previous consultant. Just imagine I must pay three times for one module when I wasn't even at fault.
