Poor service

I am supposed to do my second year in supply chain management how ever i have been calling Mancosa from Friday they are not answering my calls or if they do answer they will transfare my call. All i want is the proforma invoice so that my company will pay for my studies........ so a simple request turned out to be a complaint and if i miss a dead line for my company to pay Mancosa will pay for my fees in full i will take this further and i believe that i am not the only person complaining
