Poor service

I've been sending emails, calling and leaving voicemail but they are still not willing to help me. I sent an email to student services about last week and got an automatic response, after i phoned them and they did not answer. They are really frustrating their students or ex students i wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Their level of service is very poor.
