Poor service

Mancosa is the worst institution to study at, their incompetence is not worth the price you pay to study. I have sent query I’ve a month ago regarding missing marks reference number 476205,they changed marks after releasing the results. How can results be released before moderation. Even today no one has even tried to resolve my query , it is still open. I mean how can query be open for that long , it shows that they don’t care about their students. Every query has SLA but at Mancosa it looks like that’s not the case.And on top of that their lectures are pathetic, their service is poor. Rather study at Unisa than Mancosa.Worst worst worst institution
