POOR SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE
I have been requesting my statement of results for the past two weeks to no avail. Their Research department are unapologetic about their bad service and attitude. Eleanor Persent won’t release my results because she apparently does not have data to work remotely. SHOCKING!!
