Poor service and lost accademic records

I completed my MBA Degree in 2019 and up to now did not receive my Degree. Only got my marks per email. Completed my MBA with a destinction and was informed there will be no graduation ceremony due to Covid. I have phoned, emailed... no feedback. Until last week when at last someone supp**** some answers. Only problem according to their system I have not completed my MBA. And now.... no one wants to assist further in rectifying the issue
