Poor service and communication

I have been a student with MANCOSA since the start of 2020, and since then, most of my communications with them have been of poor quality. The only thing that seems to work is their assignment and examination portals. Everything else that depends on human interaction, is a big negative from me.

I received an email stating that my results were published on the MANCOSA student portal. I've been checking the portal since Friday and no new results have been published. I tried calling, but the person I spoke to advised that all agents were working from home. I don't have a number to contact said advisor, the automatic chatbot is useless, and the 031 number does not direct me to speak to a human! I then decided to call again and select the Student Account option, and lo and behold! I get patched through to someone immediately!

I am so over MANCOSA, and I have already advised one person NOT to register with them for further education. What a waste of time and money.
